'If anything it has got worse' - two years on from commissioner's crime plan

So the police and crime commissioner for Gwent states that when she set up her Police, Crime and Justice Plan for Gwent in 2024 after local residents informed her they wanted to see more visible policing and action to tackle the root cause of crime. Strangely enough, two years down the line nothing of any particular significance has changed; in fact, if anything, it has got worse.
